Attorneys and firm partners Frank Alfonso and Francisco Hoyng joined forces in 2007 as a commitment to workplace rights. Since then, we have already recovered several million dollars from employers that violate the law and take advantage of our clients. Our successes include a $1.1 million verdict in an age discrimination case and a $1.8 million settlement in a class action for unpaid overtime and unreimbursed expenses.

In spite of such results, we do not shy away from vigorously prosecuting even more modest cases - as recent appellate victories make abundantly clear. In Regalado v. Latitudes International the California Court of Appeal upheld $87,200 in attorney fees following an overtime and penalty verdict of less than $15,000. In a separate appellate victory, the Court in Chaidez v. Sarner Enterprises upheld our defeat of defendant employer's efforts to force our client's case into binding arbitration.
